I keep individual records of clients to help monitor progress, and also advise clients on how to motivate their lifestyle outside the gym to improve their fitness.

Calories burned will differ from person to person depending on their fitness level, age, weight, and intensity put forth. My Indoor Cycling Classes are designed to give you a great cardio workout! Intense, motivating, fun, and adrenalizing! I do a series of drills that work your legs, your core, your upper body, and your endurance....Intervals, sprints, climbs, powerrides, quad burners!! Great music, great bikes, great atmosphere.....
